Rebuild May Update
We’re in the home stretch for completing the pool and pavilion! There have been significant changes since our last update, the most noticeable being the new landscaping, which is really starting to bring the area to life.
The pavilion screening has been installed, and access control and security system work is actively underway. Pool pavers are complete, and new pool ladders have been installed. Inside the pavilion, countertops, fixtures, and appliances are all in place and ready to go soon.
Pool resurfacing is now in progress, and crews are working through the final touches on electrical, plumbing and various finishing touches. These last steps are coming together quickly, and we’re excited to see the full vision take shape.
