Rebuild Update – End of May/Early June Thank you for your continued patience—it's been a little while since our last update, and we've made significant progress. Some late-stage electrical changes required by the county caused minor delays, but we’ve now completed several key milestones: Final painting is complete. Most plumbing and electrical punch list items have been addressed. Polycarbonate privacy panels were installed in the bathrooms. Grills and safety timers have been installed. A portion of the new furniture has arrived, and been inventoried and inspected. Access control systems and security cameras were installed. The pool resurfacing is complete and the pool has been filled to begin equipment testing and water treatment. Because the commercial pool equipment has been sitting idle with stagnant water in it for over two years, it must undergo deep cleaning and thorough testing.
